Without any doubt Win-Spy has added to many features in single package with 10 PC license per software. Its parental control features (keyword alert / website management) allows parents to monitor and restrict children web activity. Parents can specify keywords like porn, adult, sex and similar words in website management so that if they appear anywhere on your child's web browser inducing URLs and image tags it'll immediately block that website and disallow your child to view content even before the page starts to load. Either way you can add a list of websites which you think are not harmful for your child and Win-Spy will block all other sites that are not in list or you can also setup an SMS alert for specific keywords.

Full blown Spyware and monitoring
1 is negated just because its web based monitoring module is very limited. Parental control modules aren't named as parental control modules which may confuse many parents who aren't tech freaks. No time scheduling feature in parental control module.
I still recommend SpyTech Spy Agent as a complete spyware, monitoring and parental control software though interface of Win-Spy is easier than it. But if you are tight on budget and can't spend $80 per license then Win-Spy is definitely the best option that you can find of.
