As you can see though Ace Spy boasts of being a parental control and monitoring software it mainly posses several monitoring and spying features and less parental control. On the other hand Sentry PC completely aims parental control and monitoring features and less spying features. So far as I think Sentry PC is good if you want to put complete parental control over child’s activity on his/her computer and Ace Spy is good if you want to monitoring but don't want to take full control of your child's online and computer activity.
Against Sentry PC Ace Spy lacks feature like Sentry Net whereas Sentry PC lacks feature of screen recording.
Now is Ace Spy worth buying. The answer is sure if you want to spy and monitor your employee or child and apply limited parental controls. The reason is why I said its worth because of its price tag to spying and monitoring features. It just cost $59.97 to its similar counterparts which usually cost more than $70-$80. By the way you still have choice of Sentry PC which costs you $49.95 but it lacks few spying features which are available in Ace Spy.
